Our kitchen honors the Triqui community's cooking styles and flavors, which are a way to keep their culture alive. Everything, including tortillas, slow-cooked sauces, and carefully seasoned meats, we prepare from scratch. We do these dishes with care and respect for old recipes.

Tlayudas with crispy tortillas, soft tacos, rich mole, and seafood cooked in the home-style way that defines real Mexican cooking tell a story about heritage and everyday life. Whether you get food that was made for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will experience the preparation of food with care and love.
